Tilde Geerardyn (°1990) is a teaching and research assistant in the Languages and Cultures department, section Eastern European Languages and Cultures (Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, Ghent University). She is affiliated to research group GCEES. She obtained a master's degree in Eastern European Languages and Cultures (Russian and Slovene) from Ghent University (2011-2012) and also holds a master of science in Business Economics (2012-2014). As of November 2015, she has been working on a PhD on the evolution of Slavophile thought and Slavic identity in the works of the Slovene Russianist Janko Lavrin.
