After having obtained a PhD in Linguistics on the multilingual policy dynamics of early childhood health care professionals in Belgium, Victoria Van Oss is currently employed as the postdoc research coordiator of the FWO-SBO interuniversity project TACOS/LASCOS: A study into the effects of a blended professional development program on pre-primary teachers' Language Stimulating COmpetenceS.
