Curriculum vitae
Marc is a researcher in music neuroscience and mathematical and applied statistics, promoted by Prof. Dr. M. Leman and Prof. Dr. A. Aguilera. He is interested in modelling biosignals (EEG, fMRI, pupillometry) to uncover the neuromodulatory effects of motor intention during music performance tasks. His research also focuses on functional data-based statistical techniques, particularly in independent component and dynamic systems models.
Research areas
*Mathematical and data-driven models in embodied music neuroscience
*Stability and dynamics of coupled systems in music
*Forecasting and modelling with functional data analysis
