This study aims to construct language competence profiles specifically tailored for migrants employed in the tourism and care sectors, focusing on German as a foreign language. Subsequently, these profiles will serve as a basis to develop and validate a computer-adaptive placement test, enabling practical implementation in the targeted sectors.
