Corpus Navalón-Guzmán is an FWO Postdoctoral Junior Fellow at Ghent University. Since completing her PhD in English Literature and Culture at the University of Murcia, she has specialized in contemporary Anglophone literature and cinema. Her work explores the intersections of climate trauma and LGBTQIA+ identities, drawing on queer theory, trauma studies, and ecocritical perspectives. Corpus’s research reflects a sustained interest in how narratives of marginality and resilience emerge in cultural production, particularly within contexts of environmental crisis. She is also a member of Queer Memory on the Margins of Contemporary Anglophone Culture and Cultural Memory Studies Initiative research groups.
