Gaëtan C. Regniers holds a PhD in Translation Studies / Literary Studies (Ghent University). He is affiliated with the Department of Translation, Interpreting and Communication (Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, Ghent University), where he is part of the TRACE research group. He completed an MA in History (with a major in Late Modern History) and an MA in Eastern European Languages and Cultures (Russian and Polish), both from Ghent University. His research focuses on translation history and on Dutch translations of Russian literature.
