Abstract

This project (BOF.STG.2019.0028.01) investigates how new technologies in the domain of augmented reality, in particular immersive, three-dimensional sound playback, can enrich participatory, social musicmaking. Central is  fundamental research on the relationship between dynamical aspects of embodied social music performance, and subjectively-experienced strong feelings of shared flow, creativity, expression, sense-making, and emotional intimacy.
