I am an ancient historian with an interest in the Roman provinces of the Later Empire and Principate.
Currently, I am a PhD student at Ghent University (Belgium), where I am writing a thesis on provincial governors in the Later Roman Empire as part of the project 'Hierarchy and Equality in Late Antiquity: Subverting Power Relations in the Later Roman Empire'. My supervisors are Prof. Dr Lieve Van Hoof and Prof. Dr Peter Van Nuffelen. Before beginning my PhD, I completed an MPhil at the University of Western Australia on the Vienna fragments of Dexippus' Scythica and was supervised by Dr Christopher Mallan.
