The general aim of this project is to study the structure and dynamics of values and norms from a formal logical point of view. Conflicts between values and/or norms will play a crucial role in this. These form the driving force in the dynamics of values and norms. Attempts to solve evaluative and normative conflicts may mean that some values and/or norms are questioned and that some norms and/or values are replaced or that their significance is reconsidered.
