Vanessa De Wilde is a researcher and teacher trainer of English at Ghent University. She teaches courses in second language teaching methodology, is involved in the guidance and coaching of student teachers and works on course development. She received a PhD in linguistics from Ghent University. Her research interests are SLA in young learners and second language teaching methodology.
