I graduated with a Master of Research from Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia) in 2017, having previously obatined a BA at the same institution (2013). My thesis, supervised by A/Prof. Trevor Evans and Dr John Lee, examined Atticistic usages/tendencies in the non-literary material from Egypt (I - III CE) through the application of the contemporary dicta of the Atticist lexicographer Phrynichus.
I've also worked as a research assistant on the Greek-English Lexicon of the Zenon Archive (Words from the Sand: A Lexical Analysis of Early Greek Papyri from Egypt, 2010–2015) at Macquarie University, under the guidance of Trevor Evans and John Lee, and as a tutor of Ancient Greek at various levels at Macquarie University’s summer and winter language schools since 2015.
Since November 2018 I have been a part of the EVWRIT project (Everyday Writing in Graeco-Roman and Late Antique Egypt (I – VIII AD): A Socio-Semiotic Study of Communicative Variation) as a PhD researcher, working on its lexicological/lexicographical component.
