After obtaining a BA in Philosophy (Honors Program) at the National University of Vietnam in 2018, I obtained a MA degree from Renmin University of China (full CSC scholarship, majoring in Chinese Philosophy, Religion, and Culture) in 2021, and finished a second MA degree in Philosophy at the National University of Vietnam in 2022.
My main research interests are comparative philosophy - particularly Sino – Vietnam, and East – West comparisons - as well as topics relating to religious syncretism in Asia.
My PhD research mandate at Ghent University titled Syncretic Religion and Philosophy in 18th Century Vietnam: The Three Teachings (san jiao) in Le Quy Don’s Philosophy, funded by the UGent Special Research Fund (BOF) and supervised by prof. dr. Bart Dessein, commenced on February 1, 2023.
